Jerry Caruso is a national headliner who has been performing stand-up for almost 30 years. Jerry was born an entertainer, known for celebrity impressions even in middle school. At the age of 24, he won his college’s “class clown contest”. He decided to dive into the world of comedy, and began performing at Boston area open mics for a short while. Finally, at the age of 38, Jerry went back to his true calling, and started performing stand-up again, debuting at Nick’s Comedy Stop in Boston. His successful debut pushed him back into the world of comedy, and this time, for good. His unique mix of celebrity impressions, song parodies and stand-up comedy have brought laughter to audiences all over the country. In 1994, Jerry and good friend Toney Markus co-founded “Comics for a Cure” where Jerry put his natural talents to good use by organizing and performing at comedy shows for non-profit organizations and worthy causes throughout MA and NH. Since 2001 Jerry has been the lead actor (Homicide Detective) for Murder Mystery USA. In addition, since 2002 Jerry began motivational speaking to support groups, hospitals and medical staff/students on “Laughter is the Best Medicine”. Jerry has opened for acts such as Lisa Lampanelli, Anthony Clarke, and Larry the Cable Guy and more!

Krista “Bitzy” Brennan is a comedienne currently residing in Ayer, MA. She has studied at ImprovBoston under well known Boston comic Dana Jay Bein, and was mentored by veteran comedians such as Eddie Brill of the David Letterman show, and Jerry Caruso, co-founder of Comics for a Cure. She has performed alongside many of Boston’s top comedians and recently won the Kowloon Comedy Contest. In her career, Bitzy has made multiple appearances on Shawn Hansen’s Comedy Corner airing on Burlington Cable Access Television, and was recently featured as a Celebrity Judge and Celebrity Performer on Debra Crosby’s TalentQuest TV Show airing on WBIN. Krista has been on stage all over New England, and also in any state she happens to find herself in, including New York and Zanies in Nashville Tennessee. She hosts a monthly showcase to benefit the American Cancer Society, called Bitzy’s Comedy Blitz: Blitzing Out Cancer One Laugh at a Time. On stage, Bitzy is full of energy, and has a natural presence that makes audiences feel at home. Telling stories of her childhood in Nigeria, her rebellious teenage years, present life as a single mother, her unique views on relationships, and constant battle with wildlife, Bitzy will pull you into her world and send you home in stitches.

Joanna Harrington has been a working actor for over ten years, appearing in regional and national commercials, industrial videos and commercial print ads. She has appeared in such ads as Dunkin Donuts, Fidelity, Princess Cruise Lines, and Bose Stereo Systems. Working in both New England and New York, Joanna resides with her husband and baby girl in Salisbury, MA and Harrinton, NY.
