Inspired by passion and a dedication to excellence, Debra Crosby opened A Quest Actor’s Studio in 2005. Ms Crosby’s successful career includes acting, acting coaching, improvisation, writing, producing and directing. .
- In 2005 Ms Crosby was nominated “Best Acting Coach” in the US by the National Digital Film Academy
- In 2008 Debra Crosby’s Talent Quest TV Show was recognized as one of the “Top in Category for Music & Entertainment” from the New England Media Consortium
- Ms Crosby was instrumental in initiating Salem’s International Documentary Film Festival: Salem Film Fest 2008.
- Vice President of A3D, Inc. (African Development through Drum & Dance) recognized for “Best in Community Service” in 2009 by the Salem Chamber of Commerce and the state of MA.
- In 2009 Debra Crosby’s Talent Quest TV Show at the Hard Rock Cafe Boston was awarded the Hannah award for “Best Television Production Crew.”
In January of 2007 & 2009 Debra Crosby participated in a humanitarian trip to Senegal, West Africa and documented the whole project on film. Her short documentary film “Peace, Love & Hope…….You make them happen!” was shown in the juried Martha’s Vineyard International Film Festival from the 2007 trip to Senegal .
From the humbling experience of seeing her short documentary film on the BIG screen Ms, Crosby came back to Salem, MA and was instrumental in initiating Salem’s International Documentary Film Festival: Salem Film Fest in 2008.
Ms Crosby is the executive producer and host of the award winning Debra Crosby’s Talent Quest TV show that has attracted a following in New England and beyond. The Talent Quest TV Show is the only talent show in New England that showcases performing artists from all ages, all cultures, from all disciplines from all over the world including some of the best up and coming singers, dancers, actors, musicians, comedians and entertainers.
A Quest Actors Studio students have landed lead roles in Hollywood Movies, Television Productions, Independent Films, Commercials, Greater Boston theater productions, North Shore Music Theater productions and community theater productions and BROADWAY!

Debra’s professional training includes Master Acting Classes, Master Improvisation Classes, Master Storytelling Classes, Alexander Technique, Meisner Technique, Improv Asylum, the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (Artist as Educators), Lesley University (B.A.) she is a certified life coach.
In January 2009 Ms Crosby produced the Talent Quest TV Show in West Africa and showcased some amazing talented young African performing artists.
Ms Crosby has a dream of having a film crew come with her on the next trip to Senegal West Africa in January 2011 to produce another Talent Quest Show and documentary film on the continuation of the humanitarian projects she is involved with in the not for profit organization

Bill Aydelott
Has 35 years of experience producing and directing television commercials for broadcast clients in major cities throughout the US and Canada, with a clientele that includes WABC/New York, WGN/Chicago, KABC/Los Angeles and The Discovery Channel. As the founder and President of his own company, Waverly Motion Pictures, Mr. Aydelott works regularly with Paramount, 20th Century Fox and Warner Bros., producing location sequences for a long line of highly-rated episodic TV series (Boston Legal, The Practice, Boston Public, St. Elsewhere, Ally McBeal, Cheers, Wings, Newhart, Becker, The Gilmore Girls, Fringe, The Unit, Bones). A four-time Emmy winner, his productions have won multiple Gold Awards from the prestigious New York and Chicago Festivals. He also co-produced and shot a much-heralded independent feature movie with writer/director John Sayles, The Return of the Secaucus Seven. His particular expertise lies in drawing winning on-camera performances from celebrities and experienced professionals, as well as first-time “real people.” Aydelott holds a BA from Dartmouth, graduating as both a Senior Fellow and the college’s first Special Major in Film Theory and Production.
